We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the app, and limited technical information.
Account and contact information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you subscribe to Stage Ready, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store your credit card number or billing details on our servers.
Uploaded files. Stage Ready allows you to upload up to two files (PDF or photo) containing your pageant paperwork — such as your platform essay, application, bio, or other competition materials. These files are used to generate your personalized question bank and are stored securely in your account.
Recorded audio. When you practice answers inside the app, your audio responses are recorded and processed for transcription and coaching feedback. Audio is temporarily processed by AssemblyAI (our transcription provider) and is not retained by AssemblyAI after transcription is complete.
Practice session data. We store your session history, scores, feedback received from Sierra, questions you've marked as Mastered, and any edits or additions you've made to your question bank. This data powers your progress tracking and is visible only to you.
Usage and technical data. We collect standard technical information when you use Stage Ready — such as your device type, browser, IP address, and general usage patterns. This helps us maintain and improve the app. We do not sell this data.

We do not sell your personal information, your uploaded paperwork, or your practice session data to any third party. Ever.
Stage Ready uses a small number of trusted third-party services to deliver core functionality. Each has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Anthropic (Claude AI). Your uploaded paperwork and question generation prompts are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate your personalized question bank and coaching feedback. We do not send more information than necessary to generate your questions. You can review Anthropic's policies at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
AssemblyAI. Audio recordings of your practice answers are sent to AssemblyAI for transcription and filler word detection. Audio is processed in real time and is not retained by AssemblyAI after transcription. Their privacy practices are at assemblyai.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Stripe. All subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stage Ready does not store, see, or have access to your full credit card or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Supabase. Stage Ready uses Supabase to store account information, uploaded files, and session data securely. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant. Their privacy policy is at supabase.com/privacy.
We do not use advertising networks, and no third-party advertisers have access to your data through Stage Ready.
Your account information, uploaded files, question bank, and session history are stored for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained for 60 days in case you choose to reactivate, and then deleted.
If you request deletion of your account, we will permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (such as payment transaction records, which Stripe retains per their legal obligations).
Uploaded paperwork files are stored only within your account. We do not use your paperwork to train AI models, and we do not share your files with any third party beyond what is necessary to generate your question bank via the Anthropic API.

Stage Ready is designed to support teen pageant competitors as a significant part of our user base. We take this responsibility seriously.
Stage Ready is not directed at children under 13. Users under 13 may not create accounts. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use Stage Ready with the awareness and, where required by applicable law, consent of a parent or guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian of a teen competitor using Stage Ready, you may contact us to review, request deletion of, or restrict the processing of your teen's data.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure cloud storage through Supabase, and access controls that limit who within our organization can access account data.

Please read these terms carefully. The most important things to know: Stage Ready is a subscription service, AI-generated coaching feedback is for practice purposes only and does not guarantee competition results, and you own your uploaded content.
By accessing or using Stage Ready — including creating an account, uploading files, recording practice answers, or completing a subscription purchase — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Stage Ready. If you are under 18, your use of the service indicates that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf where required by applicable law.
Stage Ready is a web-based application that provides AI-powered interview preparation tools for pageant competitors. Core features include:
Stage Ready is a web application accessible on any device with an internet connection. We do not guarantee availability on any specific platform or operating system. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice.
To use Stage Ready, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users between 13 and 17 should have a parent or guardian's awareness and, where required by law, consent before creating an account and uploading personal documents.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that violate these terms.
You may not share your account with others or allow others to access Stage Ready using your credentials. Each subscription is for a single user.
Plans and pricing. Stage Ready is offered on a subscription basis: $24.99 per month (billed monthly) or $199.99 per year (billed annually, approximately $16.67 per month). Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice to current subscribers.
Billing. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable subscription rate on a recurring basis until you cancel. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder before your annual subscription renews.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings or through our website at impactconsultingagency.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access through the period you have already paid for. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Refunds. If you are unsatisfied with Stage Ready within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, reach out through our website at impactconsultingagency.org and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Annual subscribers who cancel mid-year are not entitled to a prorated refund.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Access to Stage Ready may be suspended if payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Taxes. Subscription prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply based on your location.
Ownership. You own the content you upload to Stage Ready. This includes your paperwork files, recorded audio, and any custom questions you add to your question bank. Uploading content to Stage Ready does not transfer ownership to us.
License you grant us. By uploading content to Stage Ready, you grant ImpACT Consulting a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you — including sending your paperwork to the Anthropic API to generate your question bank, and sending your audio to AssemblyAI for transcription. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate the rights of any third party and does not include content that is illegal, harmful, or in violation of these terms. You represent that you have the right to upload the content you provide.
AI-generated content. The question bank and coaching feedback generated by Stage Ready are outputs of AI models (Anthropic's Claude) based on your inputs. These outputs are provided for your personal practice use. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs that are based on your uploaded materials.
Sierra, Stage Ready's AI coach persona, is powered by large language model technology and is designed to provide structured practice feedback on your recorded answers. We have built Sierra's methodology around real coaching principles, and we believe she provides genuinely useful guidance.
Sierra is an AI coaching tool, not a licensed coach, psychologist, or pageant judge. Her feedback is for practice and educational purposes only. Stage Ready does not guarantee that use of the app will result in improved competition scores, titles, or any specific outcome.
AI-generated feedback may not always be accurate, complete, or reflective of how any specific pageant judge panel evaluates competitors. Feedback quality depends in part on the clarity and completeness of your uploaded paperwork and recorded answers.
By using Sierra's coaching features, you understand and accept that the feedback is generated by an AI system, may not be perfect, and should be used as one tool among many in your preparation — not as a substitute for working with a qualified human coach.
You agree to use Stage Ready only for lawful, personal competition preparation purposes consistent with these terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use requirements.
Stage Ready, including its name, design, interface, coaching methodology, question templates, and underlying software, is the intellectual property of ImpACT Consulting. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of Stage Ready's intellectual property to you.
The "Sierra" AI coach persona — including her name, feedback structure, and coaching voice — was developed by ImpACT Consulting and is named after Sierra Marie Bonn. The persona and its associated methodology are proprietary to ImpACT Consulting.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of Stage Ready without our prior written consent.
Stage Ready is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImpACT Consulting disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that AI-generated questions or coaching feedback will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific competition or judging panel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ImpACT Consulting and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of Stage Ready, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Stage Ready is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
By you. You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. Instructions for cancellation are available in your account settings or through our website at impactconsultingagency.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service. In the event of termination due to our discontinuation of the service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and a prorated refund for any unused portion of a paid annual subscription.
Effect of termination. Upon termination, your right to access Stage Ready ceases. Your uploaded files and session data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or Stage Ready will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If you are located outside the United States, you agree that your use of Stage Ready is subject to these terms and that any dispute will be governed by Kansas law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of Stage Ready after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
